For four days, the shipbuilding universe met in Hamburg for the 31st SMM. SMM 2024 once more delivered on its promise of being the highlight event of the international maritime sector. From 3 to 6 September 2024, more than 2,200 exhibiting companies turned Hamburg’s exhibition halls into the busy meeting hub of the global maritime community. Counting over 48,000 participants from more than 100 countries, SMM 2024 reaffirmed its position as the leading international maritime trade fair. The Zenith MD team worked successfully with its partners. The exhibition has opened up new business opportunities for the company.

Zenith MD made an agreement to regionally represent Ocean Power Technologies (OPT), which provides solutions that can deliver Autonomous hydrographic surveys of targeted development areas, environmental and marine life monitoring, maritime domain awareness (MDA) with radar, high-definition and thermal video, vessel detection, full picture analysis with integration of third-party sources including satellite, weather, bathymetric, and other data feeds.

From 10-12 March the employees of Zenith MD took part in the world’s leading marine science and ocean technology exhibition and conference, Oceanology International (Oi) 2024 at ExCeL, London. Oi launched in the UK in 1969 and runs every two years. The three-day conference and exhibition welcomed over 8,000 attendees and enabled more than 500 exhibitors to showcase the latest ocean technologies and developments on the event floor, as well as on water demos and vessels. During the exhibition, Zenith conducted a number of meetings with its partners and customers, where collaborative projects were discussed. Moreover, the exhibition allowed Zenith to find new partners establish agreements with them.
